These terms apply when you use AKIBA AI on the web or on WhatsApp. AKIBA AI is developed by SwahiliConnect in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
What AKIBA AI is
- A personal assistant that helps you record, understand and plan your money.
- It gives information, not financial, legal or tax advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser.
- It never moves, lends or invests money on your behalf.
Your account
- You sign in with your Tanzanian phone number and a one-time code.
- Keep your phone and codes to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Give accurate information. The assistant can only be as right as the records it works from.
Credits
- Some actions use credits. New accounts and every month include free credits; you can buy more by mobile money.
- The price of each action and pack is shown before you pay.
- Credits are only used when an action succeeds.
AI can be wrong
- Answers are written by AI and can contain mistakes. Totals and balances are calculated by our code from your records.
- Do not rely on AKIBA AI alone for decisions that matter; check the figures yourself.
Fair use
- Do not use AKIBA AI for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to try to break or overload the service.
- Only share documents you are allowed to share.
Service and changes
- We work to keep AKIBA AI available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
- We may update the service and these terms; we will tell you about important changes.

- These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
